Research & Context Analysis

I have always felt an instinctive ability to enter into a dialogue with space and form — something that has been present since childhood. This intuitive relationship with the environment has shaped my practice from the very beginning.
For more than a decade, I have worked across a wide range of formats — from international events to luxury brands, public installations, and spatial experiences. These projects have taken place not only in Kazakhstan but also in cities such as Dubai, New York, Berlin, Seoul, and Guangzhou.

Throughout this work, space and form have remained my primary medium — a way to shape atmosphere, guide perception, and create emotional resonance with an audience. This experience continues to serve as an important foundation of my practice today.

Over time, my interests began to expand. I became increasingly interested in how spatial experiences and interactions with form can influence people not only visually, but also intellectually and physically — creating space for reflection, dialogue, cultural meaning, and social impact.

This curiosity gradually led my practice toward an interdisciplinary approach, operating at the intersection of spatial design, curatorial practice, cultural research, and authorial exploration. Within this framework, space is no longer simply a form or a container, but a medium through which atmosphere, meaning, and new relationships between people and their environment can emerge.

Among the many projects developed during this period, PATTERN, Upcycling for the Future, and EMPATH became particularly significant in shaping my understanding of curatorial practice. Each of them reflects a different dimension of my work.

The thread connecting all of it, from the first installation to now, is the same conviction that space, when approached with full seriousness, becomes a form of thought, and I invite you to experience it.
