A collaborative project with Air Astana, dedicated to sustainability and the creative reuse of materials. Components from Boeing 767 and Airbus A320 aircraft were transformed into conceptual interior objects: a table made from a business-class cabin module, a bench crafted from overhead compartments, and a chair sculpted from the aircraft’s nose section.The project began with a semiotic study of emerging trends, serving as a foundation for the company’s first steps toward green technologies. In the aviation industry, ecological responsibility remains a pressing issue — and this initiative became the first example of upcycling within a sustainability context among companies in Central Asia.
